This kitten is to be neutered by the age of six (6) months of age or you will pay an additional thousand dollars ($1000) fee for the price of a breeding cat.
Under no circumstance will this cat/kitten be sold, leased, given away or sold to a pet shop of any kind.
This cat/kitten will be kept indoors and not be allowed outside to roam freely.
If for any reason, buyer is unable to be respondsible for this cat/kitten, she/he will be returned at no charge, so that I may find another home.
This cat/kitten may NOT be declawed. It is unnecessary, mutilating surgery that cuts off their toes at the first joint.
This cat/kitten was vaccinated with Eclipse 3 Health records will be sent with the cat/kitten.
Purchaser has 3 working days, from the time of pick up to take cat/kitten to the vet for a health check-up. This insures that you have indeed received a healthy pet.
I do NOT recommend the FeLv or FIP vaccinations. They have been known to cause a real health issue with the cats.
Any and all court actions will take place in my local town court.
